(a) Authority. Authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, Subchapter B, Chapter 56, §56.014, Notice to Students Regarding Tuition Set Aside for Financial Assistance.(b) Purpose. The purpose is to prescribe minimum standards for institutions of higher education to use in providing notices to students regarding the specific amount of each student's designated tuition required to be set aside for financial assistance.
