The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Board--The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.(2) National Student Exchange--The student exchange program administered by National Student Exchange.(3) Undergraduate--A student who has not received a baccalaureate degree.
