(a) Overview. At least annually, and in an electronic format, participating higher educational institutions that enroll one or more students receiving state financial aid administered by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and that receive education loan information for a student enrolled at the institution, must provide to that student certain estimates regarding the student's education loan obligations.(b) Effective Date. These rules are effective beginning with the 2018-2019 academic year.
