SECTION/RULE §21.193 - Reporting Requirements

Eligible institutions participating in the program shall report, at least on an annual basis:(1) efforts made to counsel students and families regarding the existence of Individual Development Accounts and(2) the number of Individual Development Account information brochures they have distributed to students and families.
