SECTION/RULE §21.523 - Excess Hours

A person who has reached the limit of undergraduate hours for which the state will provide formula funding as specified in the Texas Education Code, §54.014 (relating to Tuition for Repeated or Excessive Undergraduate Hours), is not eligible for the exemption described in this subchapter unless he or she is applying for a continuation award in fall 2014 or later and is granted an exception under §22.538(b) of this title (relating to Hardship Provisions).
