SECTION/RULE §21.610 - Purpose

Pursuant to the Jamie Schanbaum and Nicolis Williams Act, this subchapter creates the procedure by which an entering student of an institution of higher education or private or independent institution of higher education will show evidence of being immunized against bacterial meningitis.
