SECTION/RULE §22.50 - Loan Origination Fees

(a) Each FSL student borrower shall pay an origination fee in an amount that is determined from time to time by the United States Department of Education. The fee is deducted from the loan proceeds at the time of disbursement.(b) Each CAL and HELP student borrower shall pay an origination fee in an amount that is determined from time to time by the Commissioner. The fee is deducted from the loan proceeds at the time of disbursement.
