SECTION/RULE §22.84 - Administration
Chapter Review Date 01/31/2020

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, or its successor or successors, hereafter referred to as the board, shall administer the student loan program authorized by the Hinson-Hazlewood College Student Loan Act pursuant to Texas Constitution, Article III, §50b. Such personnel and other expenses as may be required to properly administer this program are o be provided in the biennial appropriation acts.
