SECTION/RULE §22.114 - Eligible Students

To be eligible to receive an award through this program, a student must:(1) be a resident of Texas;(2) provide proof to the Texas institution that he or she has been offered a non-athletic scholarship or grant, including an offer of payment of tuition, fees, room and board, or a stipend, by an out-of-state institution; and(3) have been accepted for admission to the out-of-state institution offering the assistance.
