(a) The Coordinating Board may require an institution to submit reports documenting compliance with the provisions of statute, this subchapter, and the Program Participation Agreement.(b) An institution shall be subject to compliance monitoring as a condition of receiving funds under this subchapter.(c) An institution shall be subject to recoupment of funds allocated under the Program in the event of over-allocation or misappropriation.
