(a) Authority. Unless otherwise noted in a section, the authority for these provisions is provided by the Texas Education Code, §56.0092.(b) Purpose. This subchapter establishes rules relating to the administration of the Texas B-On-Time student loan program that has been authorized by the Texas Legislature to improve and increase access to higher education in the State of Texas.
