SECTION/RULE §22.504 - Application for an Award
Chapter Review Date 01/31/2020

(a) Each institution that wishes to qualify for an award from the program shall submit a fully completed, signed, and dated application by the required due date to be eligible for an award.(b) Applications received after the fifth working day past the required due date as stated in the Program Announcements will be rejected. Institutions that fail to apply for this program by the fifth working day past the required due date shall not be included in the awards.(c) The application shall be in a format and with the specific content prescribed.
