SECTION/RULE §22.636 - Loan Interest

(a) The interest rate charged on Teach for Texas Conditional Grants shall be determined by the Commissioner and shall be a fixed, simple interest rate.(b) Interest begins to accrue upon the date the grant becomes a loan or the program completion date, whichever is earlier.(c) Interest does not accrue during of periods of educational deferment.
