The following requirements regarding method of disbursement shall apply to all education loan repayment programs administered in this chapter, unless the subchapter clearly indicates otherwise.(1) The annual repayment(s) shall be in one or multiple disbursements made payable to the servicer(s) or holder(s) of the loan upon the eligible applicant's completion of each service period of qualifying employment.(2) The Coordinating Board shall follow Internal Revenue Service requirements for reporting of loan repayment assistance to eligible applicants during each calendar year.
