SECTION/RULE §23.287 - Definitions

In addition to the words and terms defined in §23.1 of this chapter (relating to Definitions), the following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Program--The Math and Science Scholars Loan Repayment Assistance Program.(2) Public School--A school in a Texas school district or a public charter school authorized to operate under Texas Education Code, chapter 12.(3) Service Period--A period of at least nine months of a twelve-month academic year.(4) Title I School--Texas public schools that receive federal funding under Title I, Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. §6301 et seq.).
