(a) No more than 10 percent of the total amount of repayment assistance in a fiscal year may be offered to individuals for the repayment of eligible loans for education received at a college or university described by Texas Education Code, §61.651(1)(C).(b) An individual's loan repayment assistance amount may not exceed the unpaid principal and interest owed on one or more eligible education loans, as defined in §23.2(3) of this chapter (relating to Eligible Lender and Eligible Education Loan).(c) An individual shall not receive loan repayment assistance from the program for more than three service periods.
