(a) Authority. Statutory authority for this subchapter is provided in the Texas Education Code, §61.8235.(b) Purpose. The Business Management and Administration Programs of Study Advisory Committee is created to provide the Commissioner and the Board with guidance regarding the programs of study curricula specific to this career cluster.
