SECTION/RULE §3.13 - Memoranda of Understanding Required

To facilitate effective communication and coordination regarding allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking at the institution, a postsecondary educational institution shall enter into one or more memoranda of understanding with an entity from one or more of the following categories:(1) local law enforcement agencies;(2) sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking advocacy groups; and(3) hospitals or other medical resource providers.
