The Board is authorized to adopt rules and establish policies and procedures for the development, adoption, implementation, funding, and evaluation of Core Curricula, Field of Study Curricula, and a transfer dispute resolution process under Texas Education Code, §§61.059, 61.0512, 61.0593, 61.821 - 61.828, 61.834.
