(a) A public junior college may submit for funding any course that meets the requirements of this subchapter as provided in chapter 13, subchapter S of this title (relating to Community College Finance Program), or chapter 13, subchapter P of this title (relating to Community College Finance Program for Fiscal Year 2024).(b) A public junior college may report a course for funding for which a high school student may earn college credit that does not otherwise meet the requirements of this subchapter for the purpose of calculating base tier funding according to the provisions of chapter 13, subchapter S or subchapter P of this title.
