SECTION/RULE §4.230 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to implement rules to establish the Open Educational Resources (OER) Grant Program, under which the Board awards grant payments to eligible Texas institutions of higher education, as defined in Texas Education Code 61.003(8), to adopt, modify, redesign, or develop one or more courses using only open educational resources.
