SECTION/RULE §4.313 - Eligibility Criteria

(a) Any public degree granting institution of higher education may apply to participate in SARA if its principle campus is located in Texas.(b) All distance education content provided by SARA participants must originate in the United States or a U.S. territory.(c) The institution must be accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
