In addition to the words and terms defined in §4.3 of this chapter (relating to Definitions), the following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In the event of conflict, the definitions in this subchapter shall control.(1) Biological Sex--Has the meaning assigned under Texas Education Code, §51.980(d).(2) Athletic Competition--Has the meaning assigned under Texas Education Code, §51.980(a)(1).
