SECTION/RULE §5.95 - Award of Credit

(a) An approved Texas Governor's School may offer college credit courses as part of its program according to guidelines established by the Commissioner and set forth in a Request for Proposals or other competitive process soliciting proposals for Texas Governor's Schools.(b) An approved Texas Governor's School may not award high school credit.(c) The home high school of a participating student in an approved Texas Governor's School may award high school credit to a student who successfully completes a Texas Governor's School course only through compliance with §74.26(a)(2) of this title (relating to Award of Credit).
