SECTION/RULE §5.96 - Funding

(a) The amount and use of funding awarded to each approved Texas Governor's School shall be determined by the Commissioner.(b) The funds shall be distributed to each approved Texas Governor's School in a manner and time to be prescribed by the Commissioner.
