SECTION/RULE §5.115 - Funding

(a) The amount and use of funding awarded to each institution to offer an Academy or Academies shall be determined by the Commissioner in accordance with Board procedures outlined under §1.16 of this title (relating to Contracts for Materials and Services).(b) The funds shall be distributed to each institution to offer an Academy or Academies in a manner and time to be prescribed by the Commissioner.
