SECTION/RULE §6.123 - Eligibility

(a) An existing graduate medical education (GME) program and its sponsoring institution are eligible to participate in the program and may apply for support, if the GME program has unfilled first-year residency positions that are approved by the program's accrediting body.(b) A grant under this subchapter may only support costs related to the direct resident costs of the GME program.
