SUBCHAPTER K - AUTISM GRANT PROGRAM
SECTION/RULE §6.213 - Eligibility
Chapter Review Date 02/06/2020

The following are eligible to apply for a grant under the program:(1) A Texas public, private or independent institution of higher education that operates an autism research center as of September 1, 2015; or(2) A partnership among Texas public, private or independent institutions of higher education that operate one or more autism research centers as of September 1, 2015.
