SECTION/RULE §7.57 - Out-of-state SARA Participants

(a) The board shall serve as point of contact for all other SARA states.(b) If a private or independent out-of-state SARA participant provides courses in Texas and is in apparent violation of the SARA agreement or with Texas Education Code or Administration Code, the board shall take appropriate action to terminate the institution's operation within Texas.
