SECTION/RULE §8.31 - Presentation of the Certified Petition to the Board

(a) When the petition has been certified, it shall be presented by the appropriate authorities to the Commissioner who then shall present it to the Board.(b) After the petition and any additional documentation or information are presented to the Commissioner, a minimum of 90 days must elapse between the date on which the petition and supporting documents are received by the Commissioner and the quarterly meeting of the Board when the petition will be considered.
