Nothing in this subchapter, and nothing in Texas Education Code, §12.128:(1) affects a security interest in or lien on property established by a creditor in compliance with law if the security interest or lien arose in connection with the sale or lease of the property to the charter holder;(2) obligates the state of Texas or any agency of the state of Texas to fulfill any lease agreement or any other contractual or legal obligation entered into by a charter holder on behalf of an open-enrollment charter school; or(3) affects the right or the duty of the attorney general to bring suit under the Texas Miscellaneous Corporations Act, the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, or other law respecting Texas non-profit corporations.
