(a) Maintenance of records. A management company that provides, or did provide, any management services to a charter holder or charter school shall maintain, as required by §100.1203 of this title (relating to Records Management), all records related to its management services separately from any other records of the management company.(b) Contract provision. Any contract, including a contract renewal, between a charter holder or charter school and a management company for management services to the charter school must contain a contract provision expressly requiring the management company to comply with subsection (a) of this section.
