(a) Texas educators shall assist Texas Education Agency staff in developing test objectives, assessment guidelines, and test items. Advisory committees composed of Texas educators shall reflect the diversity of the state by region, ethnicity, gender, and type and size of school district.(b) Each public school and charter school shall assist with field-testing and other activities necessary to implement the requirements of the Texas Education Code, Chapter 39, Subchapter B.
