SECTION/RULE §113.30 - Implementation of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Social Studies, High School

(a) Implementation of the provisions of this subchapter begins with the effective date of the provision unless otherwise noted.(b) Implementation of the provisions of this subchapter adopted in 2018 begins with the 2019-2020 school year.
