(a) The decision of the administrative law judge:(1) may not order a sanction or relief that the commissioner of education is not authorized to order under applicable law;(2) may not change an accreditation status; and(3) may not change an academic or a financial accountability rating.(b) The decision of the administrative law judge is final and may not be appealed.
