(a) All Texas public school students enrolled in the Texas Virtual School Network (TxVSN) are required to take the statewide assessments as required in the Texas Education Code, §39.023.(b) All school districts and charter schools participating in the TxVSN Online School (OLS) program are included in the state's academic accountability system.
