SECTION/RULE §201.13 - Organization of the Committee

(a) The chair of the committee shall be the governor.(b) The vice-chair of the committee shall be the lieutenant governor.(c) The committee shall designate a clerk who shall be responsible for the maintenance of all committee records and who shall serve as committee liaison to the secretary of state in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2002.(d) Any two members of the committee constitute a quorum.(e) Any action of the committee requires the affirmative vote of at least two members.(f) The meetings of the committee may be called by the chair.(g) The meetings of the committee may be called by the vice-chair at the request of any other committee member.(h) Notice of any meeting shall be posted in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
