SECTION/RULE §205.51 - Enrichment and Facilities Tax Rate under Tier 2

The enrichment and facilities tax rate shall be calculated as provided in Texas Education Code, §42.302 and may not exceed $.64 per $100 of valuation as specified in Texas Education Code, §42.303.
