(a) The fee to request a preliminary criminal history evaluation under this subchapter shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of administration of the evaluation process and as provided in §230.101 of this title (relating to Schedule of Fees for Certification Services).(b) A new fee will be required to reactivate a request that is incomplete because of failure to submit the required documentation within 90 calendar days of receipt by the Texas Education Agency of the initial fee.
