SECTION/RULE §231.95 - Disciplinary Alternative Education Programs

An assignment for Disciplinary Alternative Education Programs, Grades 9-12, is allowed with one of the following certificates.(1) An assignment for an In School Suspension Class for students assigned less than six weeks is allowed with a valid Educational Aide III certificate under daily supervision of a teacher certified at the grade level of the assignment.(2) An assignment for an In School Suspension Class for students assigned more than six weeks is allowed with a valid certificate that matches the grade level of the assignment.
