(a) An assignment for Advanced Energy and Natural Resource Technology; Agriculture Laboratory and Field Experience; Equine Science; Food Processing; Food Technology and Safety; Forestry and Woodland Ecosystems; Greenhouse Operation and Production; Horticultural Science; Landscape Design and Management; Livestock Production; Principles of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources; Professional Standards in Agribusiness; Range Ecology and Management; Small Animal Management; Turf Grass Management; Veterinary Medical Applications; or Wildlife, Fisheries, and Ecology Management, Grades 9-12, is allowed with one of the following certificates.(1) Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources: Grades 6-12.(2) Agricultural Science and Technology: Grades 6-12.(3) Any vocational agriculture certificate.(b) Subject to the requirements in subsection (c) of this section, an assignment for Practicum in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources or Extended Practicum in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources, Grades 9-12, is allowed with one of the following certificates.(1) Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources: Grades 6-12.(2) Agricultural Science and Technology: Grades 6-12.(3) Any vocational agriculture certificate.(c) The school district is responsible for ensuring that each teacher assigned to Practicum in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources or Extended Practicum in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources, Grades 9-12, has completed appropriate training in state and federal requirements regarding work-based learning and safety.
