(a) An assignment for Printing and Imaging Technology I, Printing and Imaging Technology I Lab, Printing and Imaging Technology II, or Printing and Imaging Technology II Lab, Grades 9-12, is allowed with one of the following certificates.(1) Trade and Industrial Education: Grades 6-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(2) Trade and Industrial Education: Grades 8-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(3) Trade and Industrial Workforce Training: Grades 6-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(4) Vocational Trades and Industry. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(5) Technology Applications: Early Childhood-Grade 12.(6) Technology Applications: Grades 8-12.(7) Technology Education: Grades 6-12.(8) Secondary Industrial Arts: Grades 8-12.(9) Secondary Industrial Technology: Grades 6-12.(b) Subject to the requirements in subsection (c) of this section, an assignment for Practicum in Printing and Imaging Technology or Extended Practicum in Printing and Imaging Technology, Grades 9-12, is allowed with one of the following certificates.(1) Trade and Industrial Education: Grades 6-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(2) Trade and Industrial Education: Grades 8-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(3) Trade and Industrial Workforce Training: Grades 6-12. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(4) Vocational Trades and Industry. This assignment requires appropriate work approval.(5) Technology Applications: Early Childhood-Grade 12.(6) Technology Applications: Grades 8-12.(7) Technology Education: Grades 6-12.(8) Secondary Industrial Arts: Grades 8-12.(9) Secondary Industrial Technology: Grades 6-12.(c) The school district is responsible for ensuring that each teacher assigned to Practicum in Printing and Imaging Technology or Extended Practicum in Printing and Imaging Technology, Grades 9-12, has completed appropriate training in state and federal requirements regarding work-based learning and safety.
