SECTION/RULE §241.1 - General Provisions

(a) The Principal as Instructional Leader certificate may be issued no earlier than December 1, 2018, and Principal as Instructional Leader Endorsement may be issued no earlier than September 1, 2019.(b) The holder of the Principal as Instructional Leader certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter may serve as a principal or assistant principal in a Texas public school.
