(a) Certificates of registration shall be issued to individuals who have satisfied the registration requirements as described in the Architects' Registration Law and the Rules and Regulations of the Board.(b) Each certificate of registration issued by the Board shall identify the Architect by name and registration number, indicate the effective date of the registration, and acknowledge the Architect's right to practice architecture in Texas.
