(a) Each day a violation of any statutory provision or rule enforced by the Board occurs or continues may be considered a separate violation subject to disciplinary action by the Board.(b) Each sheet of architectural plans and each separate section of the specifications which are prepared, modified or issued in violation of these rules are any laws over which the Board has jurisdiction shall each be considered an independent violation of applicable rules and laws.
