(a) Certificates of registration shall be issued to individuals who have satisfied the registration requirements as described in the Interior Designers' Registration Law and the Rules and Regulations of the Board.(b) Each certificate of registration issued by the Board shall identify the Interior Designer by name and registration number, indicate the effective date of the registration, and acknowledge the Interior Designer's right to practice as a licensed Interior Designer in Texas.
