(a) The pharmacist-in-charge shall insure that a pharmacy is in compliance with all state and federal laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy.(b) All pharmacists while on duty, shall be responsible for complying with all state and federal laws and rules governing the practice of pharmacy.
