SECTION/RULE §325.1 - Elections

(a) The governor shall designate a member of the board as the presiding officer of the board.(b) Elections of officers shall be held at the second board meeting after new members are appointed.(c) Officers will assume duties at the next board meeting following election.(d) Vacancies of offices other than the presiding officer shall be filled by election at the next board meeting following the vacancy.
