SECTION/RULE §343.24 - Payment of Penalties after a Contested Case Hearing Resulting in the Discipline of a Licensee or the Denial of an Application for License

(a) A contested case hearing on the denial of an application must be requested in writing to the board.(b) A person whose application for a license has been denied by the staff or a licensee who has been found in violation of the Act or rules as a result of a contested case hearing may be required to pay administrative penalties to the board. Payment of penalties are due to the Board in accordance with the final order.
