SECTION/RULE §343.53 - Board Action upon Reinstatement of Revoked or Voluntarily Surrendered License

After evaluation, the board may:(1) deny reinstatement of a revoked license;(2) reinstate a revoked license;(3) require the satisfactory completion of a pending Agreed Order, or a specific program or remedial education approved by the board; and(4) require monitoring of the applicant's physical therapy practice as specified by the board.
